New lease with mcdonalds
Tony Bales has been appointed as the Landlord’s representative and has successfully concluded a new 10 year lease with McDonald’s in Kloof Street, Cape Town. McDonald’s are going to spend many millions on refurbishing the property and installing a state-of-the-art modern store – all to open in time for the end of the year season.
