Tony Bales, with many years of real estate experience as an institutional property portfolio analyst & asset manager and a director of a large property company, has transacted billions of rands of property transactions acting both as an agent as well as a landlord/ property trader.

Tony has been instrumental in many significant transactions, such as the sale of the old BP Centre (now No.1 Thibault Square) in Cape Town, the sale of the (then) newly developed Plessey Head Office in Midrand, the development initiation and sale of ABSA Private Bank’s new Head Office at Tygerberg Office Park in Cape Town and the sale of BPI House in Windhoek (being the initiation of Vukile Limited obtaining a dual listing on the Namibian Stock Exchange).
