Tony Bales has sold a prime property investment in Fishhoek for R11m. The Shell Service Station is on one of the busiest sites in Fishhoek, being at the intersection at the entrance to Longbeach Mall. The purchaser, a private investor, will be refurbishing the service station and adding to the convenience offering so needed in this area.
