Another epping property sold
Tony Bales has sold another property in Epping. 13 Elliot Ave has been sold to a listed company who have purchased the property to assist them with their ever expanding business.
The property comprises an industrial factory building with ancilliary offices measuring approximately 8,400 sqm in total, on a site of 13,000 sqm. The purchase price is in excess of R22m, which equates to R2,619/ sqm building and R1,700/ sqm land. The transaction was not subject to any finance, but did include various due diligence checks as the purchaser is 100% compliant with the various laws governing businesses in South Africa, such as OHASA.
